Katharine Kemp is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law & Justice, UNSW Sydney, and leads the UNSW Public Interest Law & Tech Initiative. Katharine's research focuses on competition, consumer protection and data privacy regulation. She is widely published in these fields, including her book “Misuse of Market Power: Rational and Reform” (Cambridge University Press), and teaches courses in Data Privacy Law, Fintech, and Contracts.
