When you get your period the last thing you want to be worrying about is whether or not your tampon is going to leak. But with an overwhelming array of products on the market, it can be difficult to cut through the marketing spin and choose the best option.

We've lab tested regular and super tampons from Carefree, U by Kotex, Libra and more to find out which ones:

  • are the most absorbent
  • have a strong withdrawal cord
  • meet the requirement for cord length.
