Design
Adjustable - a single head on a height-adjustable arm. Ceiling - a single ceiling-mounted head, usually not height-adjustable. Combination - (or twin) a fixed head plus a hand held head on a hose. Fixed - a single head on a non-adjustable arm. Hand held - a hand held head on a hose, that can also be clipped into the mounting rail and used like a fixed head.
