HelloFresh is marketed to everyone – busy people, small and large families, single-family can all benefit from meal planning. While HelloFresh has been our top performer for the last two tests, we have had some members complain about the lack of fresh produce, portions not uniform and poor customer service. Having to add personal details such as email address and credit card details before being able to view the menu and the actual cost. Constant bombardment of emails and marketing to subscribe with special offers. Testing HelloFresh we encountered these issues as well. Some produce we found to be less than acceptable with brown ends of celery.
